Defective Returns:
You may return defective items to us within 30 days for
replacement or refund (less shipping charges).
After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply. NO Exceptions !
Non-defective returns:
You may return non-defective items,
excluding batteries and wire,
within 30 days of purchase date for a refund (less
shipping charges). All returns must have an RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE
AUTHORIZATION). Simply notify us by phone at our toll free
number {1-877-781-7178} and
we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date of
initial shipment to you. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in
original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and
manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a
25% restocking fee. Merchandise over $500.00 is considered a special order and
subject to a restocking fee of 25% if cancelled, no exceptions.
